Lasereinheit gereinigt und bestimmte Komponenten mit anwendungsspezifischem Fett bzw. Öl behandelt. Um eine zuverlässige Funktion zu gewährleistungen testen wir die Geräte mit speziellen Prüf-CDs. Über das sogenannten Eye Pattern, welches mit einem Oszilloskop gemessen wird, können wir bestimmen, wie gut der Laser die Informationen der CD liest. Anhand dieser Daten entscheiden wir unter anderem, ob Geräte noch für den Verkauf geeignet sind bzw. ob die Lasereinheit erneuert werden muss. Weitere Tätigkeiten sind beispielsweise die Einstellung des Focus und des Tracking. Die Lasereinheit wird immer mit größter Sorgfalt behandelt. Elektronik Die Elektronik der Elektrogeräte wird genau begutachtet. Durch langjährige Erfahrung können wir bestimmte bzw. typenspezifische Schwachstellen beheben, bevor es dadurch zu einem Fehler kommt.
