HITACHI | SDT-110S Vintage 1970’s Music Centre Hi-Fi Record Player, Radio, Tape, Speakers, Spare Stylus.In working order, but speakers need a tweak as some feedback and one scuffed at top and material faded. Also lid has some heat damage, but not cracked and not sure if tape-deck works as I’ve no tapes. Belongs to eldest who moved to DK a few years ago and gathering dust, so needs a new home. Record players /Cassette - Hitachi Model SDT-116 Vintage 1980’s +Speakers. An absolutely stunning retro music centre complete with a pair of SS8510 Wooden Housed Hitachi Speakers. This complete unit is in fantastic Condition for its age (( Over 40 Years Old!!!!). It will make for a superb talking point in any home, business,home bar ,or indeed anywhere that you want some retro item mixed in to your lifestyle. So, The unit powers up fine and I can get feedback via both speakers from the stylus, The radio tuner works fine and I obtained various radio stations loud and clear so generally all knobs and buttons work well. I was unable to get the cassette deck to function and likewise the turntable, both I imagine can be resolved by someone that knows their Hi Fi. So to be transparent You should deem this a great project which I sincerely hope is the case or of course a spares ad speaker buy. Thank you for looking and I hope this item finds a great new home. Finally postage reflects size and weight but as you can see I am happy for you to collect.
