Vintage 1980s Hitachi Belt Drive Turntable Model HT-324 With Audio Technica Cartridge This is pretty much as it came to me Ive tested it on my amp and it plays nicely with a decent sound not issue Ive noticed is the auto return doesnt work so at the end of the record you have to take the arm off manually but otherwise it seems ok, no idea how old the belt is or when it was last replaced so may need doing at some point Over all condition is pretty good for its age there is the usual wear/scratches and some pitting to the lid but this may buff out Local collection preferred can be seen working

Vintage Hitachi Belt Drive Turntable Model HT-324MK2 Record Deck Hi Fi Separate. Hitachi turntable in working condition. Comes with original manual cleaning arm and vinyl cleaner. I put a belt in it and it works OK but I think it needs a slightly smaller belt as it is not tight but records plat at the right speed.The turntable needs a couple of spins to get up to speed with this belt. The only thing not working properly is the Auto reject - when the record ends it does not return to the side but stays where it is. This never bothered me as I always take records off when they end but it may bother you. I think you can adjust this looking at you tube but I havent tried. Also original receipt from Currys Wood Green in 1981. Cosmetically good - few surface marks to lid but hinges all in place and no cracks. Will be securely packaged and insured for delivery.
