FULLY TESTED AND WORKS AS BOTH A VIDEO PLAYER AND A RECORDER. UNFORTUNATELY NO REMOTE CONTROL WAS FOUND BUT WAS ABLE TO CONTROL FINE USING BUTTONS ON THE DEVICE. FOUR DARKER MARKS ON THE TOP AS SHOWN AS THERE WAS A DVD PLAYER STOOD ON TOP AND THE MARKS ARE FROM THE RUBBER FEET SITTING ON TOP FOR PROBABLY MANY YEARS. THE REST IS VERY CLEAN AND WORKING PERFECTLY. AS THOSE MARKS ARE ON TIP OF IT ANYWAY IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. RARE TO FIND WITH SCART OUTPUT.
