Top Loader Video Recorder Hitachi VHS VT-8300E vintage, needs repair on play. Has original Dust Cover. powers on, fast forward and rewind work, record works, but when you press play, it starts as the tape tensions it stops, so a simple fix if you know what you are doing I am told, top loader works and it doesnt chew tapes.
