When you connect them too some speakers they are very static/crackly and have no volume, if you try to turn them up it makes no difference, so they are not working and being sold for spares and repairs. They both have general wear here and there on the top, sides, and front and some rust underneath as you can see in the pictures. Please remember that the amp and tuner are not working and they are being sold for spares and repairs.
