This beautiful unit is tested  and sounds amazing with great clarity. It does have an EU style plug and an adapter is NOT included, however the power specifications are compatible with the specifications of US Voltage.  The automatic cd door opens/closes flawlessly. The volume buttons did not seem to cooperate but I was able to adjust them on the speakers I used. Some minor cosmetic scratches/scuffs on the body are apparent.
