This auction is for a lot of (4) vintage original Klipsch speakers including a pair (2) of large HERESY floorstanding speakers measuring 21.5 x 15.5 x 13.25 (minus the riser measurement) each and a pair (2) of horizontal Klipsch bookshelf speakers measuring 20 x 9.25 x 13 each. All 4 speakers are in excellent condition and were tested to be in working condition...only one of the Hersey speakers had some static which seemed to go away when I fiddled with the speaker wire...I know nothing about electronics and can barely manage to get the red/black positive/negative correct. I have tried my best to identify the 2 large Heresy speakers and the only model identification I could locate anywhere on the speakers was an individual S imprinted on one of the corners on the back of the speaker cabinet...see photos. However, there was the remnants of a white label on the back of one of the speaker cabinets which contained the following: KLIPSCH HERESY LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM It also had the imprint of some writing that had at one time been on the label and it did manage to reveal the following names: JERRY CALHOUN and a PAUL(?) PECK along with the following number: 852 /(1?) 998 The 2 Klipsch horizontal bookshelf speakers are a complete mystery to me as far as age or serial number is concerned as I was unable to find anything visually like them on either eBay or the internet. I should also mention that all 4 of these Klipsch speakers were removed from the same estate. The condition of all 4 speakers is outstanding save for a minor wood split on the side of one of the bookshelf speaker cabinets and a wood stain. All internal components are in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures and all 4 speakers come with their original front grills. Please contact me for any additional information. For sale is a pair of vintage and highly desirable Klipsch 12 K22-R, woofers. Please note that these woofers have been tested with speakers and with my ohm meter and function properly. These woofers are from 1980, a time when many enthusiasts feel Klipsch was making their best speakers. These woofers are a direct replacement for Klipsch Heresy speakers, but are popular with build it yourself projects, too. Note, that the speakers will be bolted together, face to face, as seen in the last photo, for shipping. This helps ensure their safe arrival.
