Lets start with the cosmetic damage, there are some deep scratches at the top rear & lighter marks/scratches in various other places around the case so please be aware from the start this is not in pristine condition, i have tried to highlight the worst on the pictures and the video. I connected this and did a reset and it went through the process and ended with the solid blue light, this is the only testing i have done as i really do not have the time to start downloading apps and setting things up due to time restraints so please be aware of this. My descriptions are based on a visual inspection only and should there be anything deeper i am not aware of this. FAULTY Denon AVR-X2500H 7.2 4K AV Amp Receiver WI-FI HEOS DOLBY ATMOS AIRPLAY. Unfortunately I don’t know the history of this unit, it was taken in part exchange. It doesn’t seem to display on the monitor 1 HDMI (but audio can be heard), although it works on the monitor 2 HDMI (shown playing Lego Starwars in photo). Both of these HDMI sockets seem a little loose when plugging in. It has not been extensively tested, and I don’t have a remote so can’t get into the menu.
