Black Akai / Generic Headshell – A This listing is for one used Akai headshell. It was original to the AP-206 turntable & is the same as the one which came on the AP-001C, but without the Akai logo. It can be used on any Akai turntable with an “S” or “J” shaped arm & the standard bayonet type mount. Since it does not have the Akai logo it can also be used on any other make with an “S” or “J” shaped arm & the standard bayonet type mount. The headshell is in good condition with a few very minor blemishes. The headshell has a good set of cartridge leads & the rubber gasket is in good condition. AKAI HEADSHELLS WITH STANTON, SHURE AND JVC VICTOR CARTRIDGES. Listed is a collection of vintage Akai Headshells with Stanton, Shure and JVC Cartridges. Very good cosmetic and working condition. These are Moving Magnet cartridges. Two Shure cartridges have new stylus as well. Only one cartridge the JVC Victor Z-1S requires a new stylus. A scarce collection that I have had for many years now. These come from the golden era of hi fidelity. These cartridges and headshells will make an excellent upgrade for your old worn out or damaged cartridges. Perfect for the Akai AP 307 turntable but will work on most vintage turntables as they are a universal fit.
