Cleaned and disinfected. Tested to pwoer on. Usage wear and the back is a little sticky because of its age. Nothing a little Goo-Gone wont fix as shown in the pictures. This is preprogrammed by URC but from what I read you can contact them for access to the software to program it yourself.
