Tried to record a cassette but no sound on playback. Microphone appears to work correctly as the sound indicator light comes on during noise as it should. Likely just need new belts to get up to recording speed. Really great shape cosmetically, 100% complete and original. Pristine battery compartment, never stored with batteries inside. In decent working condition. The volume knobs are a little finicky. If you increase the volume, especially at low levels, the speakers cut in and out. At high volume it is fine. Appears to be a dirty connection or something along those lines. If you set the volume knobs into position its plays normally, only when changing volume the speakers cut in and out. Seems like a connection issue on the volume knobs itself. The speakers work great and all other functions are normal.
