Up for sale an excellent tube amplifier made by a boutique company, Feliks Audio. The model Echo is the first they came up with and the most affordable: nevertheless you may want to note that this is more powerful than the far more expensive Euphoria or Elise models, therefore retaining a certain advantage in driving low impedence headphones. In fact, it drives beautifully my Focal Clear, Meze 109 Pro and Hifiman Arya, all having low impedence. However, the main reason to recommend this is to use it with high impedence dynamic driver headphones. You will be astonished how much better the Sennheiser HD series sound with this small amplifier. I was so impressed that I went all the way to buy high-end driver tubes, choosing 2x Amperex PQ E88CC /6922 Gold pin Valve/Vacuum Tube (check on Ebay for how much those sell...) and that was the icing on the cake. Note that this is the original version. The newer MK-II sells for considerably more as brand new, 849 and only adds more inputs, which I would not need. You can buy new and tube roll for 250 and youd get probably close to 1100 for the same sound that this used, pristine unit delivers. In all honesty I had a Little dot mkIII and a Darkvoice in the past and never understood what was that tube magic that everybody raves about: it all changed with this. I now acquired a far more expensive Cayin HA-3A tube amplifier and need to sell this to cover part of the remarkable expenditure. I am not taking offers and I might even close the listing as, in fact, I am still unconvinced that the Cayin overall sound is better and might sell that one instead. Comes with 4x stock tubes, plus the mentioned 2x upgraded driver tubes, and large original box. There is a minimal defect in the base of one of the basis where one of the driver tubes attaches, making it a bit wobbly, but only when you switch tube: this is due to one screw falling inside the enclosure, which you can hear easiky if you shake it. It is an easy fix but I never bothered doing it as it is only a bit loose, not to the point of becoming worrisome.

Selling my much loved Feliks Audio Euforia 25th Anniversary Edition headphone OTL tube amplifier. Im downsizing my headphone setup and just keeping my Meze Empyreans and Chord Mojo 2 meaning my whole desktop setup has to go inc. the Euforia, ZMF Verite Closed Camphor Burl & Schiit Bifrost 2 that I also have listed for sale. The Euforia really is one of the best OTL headphone tube amps on the market and is incredibly versatile driving both Dynamic Driver headphones and Planars equally well! High impedance dynamics like ZMFs sound amazing on a good OTL like the Euforia but even lower impedance dynamics like the Focal Utopia has been said to sound its very best on the Euforia too, and equally the Meze Empyrean Planar Magnetics have been widely regarded as having their best pairing on the Euforia which is no easy task! This Limited Edition 25th Anniversary Edition is incredibly rare and sought after and uses much higher end parts than the other Euforia models helping to give it such an incredible sound! The amp is in excellent condition and fully working. There is a very very small mark on the front edge that is very hard to spot but worth mentioning for transparency sake. Ive done my best to photograph and highlight it. Likewise its very hard to show in photos the amazing space grey paintwork that is meant to mimic the stars in the night sky!
