( Herr Saerbeck verfügt über 40 Jahre Erfahrung im Selbstbau von hochwertigen Lautsprechern.) Zu den Lautsprechern: Die hier angebotenen Boxen sind größer als das Topmodell Heco Superior 1040. Die Bestückung ähnelt in Anzahl + Anordnung der Treiber der Heco Superior 950 Fortissimo. ( 2 Bässe, 2 Mitteltöner, 1 Hochtöner, alles Heco Treiber ) Unterschiede:Die Heco Superior 950 Fortissimo ist 1,20 Meter hoch, 29 cm breit, 34 cm tief.Die Heco Superior 1040 ( grösstes Superior Modell ) ist 1,25 m hoch, 29 cm breit, 34,5 cm tief.Die hier angebotene Ausführung hat die Abmessungen: 1,32 m hoch, 30,5 cm breit, 39,8 cm tief. ( ca. 50 kg schwer) Besonderheiten: Beide Tieftöner + Mitteltöner sind auf mehrfach aufgedoppelter Schallwand montiert, um klangliche Einflüsse durch Gehäuseresonanzen zu verhindern. ( Die Bässe stehen am weitesten vor, die Mitteltöner etwas weniger, der Hochtöner ist auf der Schallwand montiert. ) Alle Mitteltöner haben ein eigenes Gehäuse, sämtliche Chassis sind mit Doppelmagneten versehen. Die Lochausschnitte für die Treiber sind passgenau gefertigt. Alle Tieftöner sind mit durchmesserstarken Inbusgewindeschrauben befestigt.Front + Rückseite sind bis zum unteren Sockel mit schwarzem Samt bezogen. ( Minimierung von Kantenreflexionen auf der vorderen Schallwand ) Die komplette Verkabelung erfolgte mit 4qmm. Zu den techn. Daten kann ich keine Angaben machen. Man kann sich aber anhand der Daten der Superior 900 Serie orientieren. ( 160/220 Watt ) Ich habe die Boxen mit einem Denon PMA 1500AE betrieben. Damit erfolgt auch die Vorführung. Revidierungen: - Austausch aller Kondensatoren - Montage von neuen Anschlüssen - Montage von schwarzen Acrylplatten - Folierung mit Designerfolie ***Austausch aller Kondensatoren: Bei der recht aufwändigen Frequenzweiche, bei der gänzlich auf Glockenkernspulen verzichtet wurde, habe ich sämtliche Elkos/ MKTs durch neue, langlebige, spannungsfeste MKP Folienkondensatoren ersetzt, wobei der jeweilige Einsatzbereich bei der Bauteilqualität berücksichtigt wurde. Für die Zweifler: Es wurde lediglich die Bauteilqualität verändert ( verbessert ), die Bauteilwerte entsprechen den Originalvorgaben. Es wurde also nicht die Abstimmung verändert. Da nun ausschließlich langlebige Folienkondensatoren verwendet wurden, ist ein Tausch in Zukunft nicht mehr erforderlich. ***Montage von neuen Anschlussterminals: Die alten Anschlussterminals mit Klemmanschlüssen habe ich durch gleichgrosse Terminals mit massiven Polklemmen ersetzt.Nun sind Bananenstecker ( Bananas ), nach Losdrehen auch Gabelschuhe ( Spades ) oder lose Kabelenden verwendbar. Die Terminals benötigen nur einen Lochkreis von 50 mm. Der Lochausschnitt wurde von innen nochmals abgedeckt. ( s. Foto ) *** Folierung mit Designerfolie: Die Seitenflächen ( vormals Esche schwarz furniert ) habe ich mit schwarzer Folie, Diamant Glitter, foliert. Aufgrund eingearbeiteter Luftkanäle war ein blasenfreies Verkleben möglich. Es gibt keine Knubbel. Bei Sonneneinstrahlung und im unmittelbaren Bereich einer Lichtquelle kommen die Glitter sehr gut zur Geltung.Durch die sandpapierähnliche Struktur der Folie passt diese sehr gut zur Samtfront. ***Montage von schwarzen, blickdichten + hochglänzenden Acrylplatten: Zur optischen Aufwertung habe ich für die Kopfflächen + den vorderen Teil des unteren Sockels passgenaue, schwarze, blickdichte + hochglänzende Acrylplatten anfertigen lassen. ( Schlagzäh, bruchfest, witterungsbeständig, UV- absorbierend )Die Platten wurden mit doppelseitigem Klebeband fixiert + sind daher wieder entfernbar. Die hochglänzenden Platten verleihen den Boxen einen edlen Touch. ***Funktionstest:In der Frequenzweiche wurden alle Spulen und Widerstände, die Chassis im abgeklemmten Zustand, auf Durchgang geprüft. Alle Chassis funktionieren einwandfrei ! Ich weiß, dass der Verkauf von ( modifizierten ) Boxen, natürlich auch von anderen Artikeln, Vertrauenssache ist. Daher werde ich Boxen nur in den Versand geben, die ich zuvor getestet habe. Es gibt keine defekten Bauteile, keine kalten Lötstellen, etc. ***Hörtest: Die Boxen klangen bereits vor der Revidierung sehr gut.Mit dem Kondensatoren- Update wurde der Klang nochmals verbessert. Raumfüllender Klang mit kräftigen Bässen ! ( Ich konnte die originalbestückte Box im direkten Vergleich mit der revidierten Box vergleichen.)( Anm.: Die Superior Serie war seinerzeits mehrfach Testsieger und in der Referenzklasse eingestuft worden. ) ***Zustand der Boxen: Die Gehäuse ( Esche schwarz ) haben übliche, minimale Gebrauchsspuren, aber keine Beschädigungen. Die Chassis sind ohne Dellen, Verfärbungen, Abriebe oder Flecken. Die Front + die Rückseite ist mit schwarzen Samt überzogen. Die Fotos wurden im Freien gefertigt. In der Wohnung sehen die Boxen besser + sehr edel aus. Aktuell stehen die Boxen auf Rollbrettern. Um ein leichtes Verrücken der schweren Lautsprecher zu ermöglichen, habe ich am Gehäuseboden je - 4 - teflonbeschichtete Möbelgleiter ( D: 30 mm, 5 mm hoch ) angebracht. Durch die hervoragende PTFE Gleitschicht besitzen die Möbelgleiter eine hohe Druckfestigkeit mit minimalem Reibungswiderstand. Die Gleiter schützen Laminat, Fliesen, Teppichböden, Vinyl, Linoleum und Natursteinböden, wie z.B. Granit oder Marmor, vor Kratzer und Verschleiß. Die Möbel gleiten schonend und geräuschlos über dem Boden. Anm.: Ich habe beide Lautsprecher in einen Golf 7 mit umgeklappter Rückbank eingeladen + den Kofferraum im Anschluss problemlos schliessen können.
