A pair of modified (repaired) vintage Energy ESM-4 Bookshelf Speakers. Sold as is. Both tweeters were replaced (same model but the tweeter cone color are different).Both crossovers were modified.Forms of the both 6.5 woofers were refoamed recently. One woofer cant play very loud (sound distortion will happen when it is played very loud). After repair and modification, they sound much better than original ones when play low to medium volume (loudness). If you dont play very loud sound, then they are very good buy. Used, but excellent condition of Energy Take 2 Speakers. Serial #s 143267 & 143268. The only negative is the part of the grill cloth is starting to peel off. See photo. Other than that, it works and sound great. The ENERGY Take series of speakers are designed for rooms where space is a constraint or you want music to be reproduced without the speakers being too obvious in the room. Each speaker is 6.75? tall, 4? wide and 5.25? deep and will easily sit on the palm of your hand. Within the speaker is a 3.5? polymer/aluminum woofer and 1? aluminum dome tweeter.
