Hello Friends: Here are a pair of Energy Reference Connoisseur RC-30 floor standing speakers. Used as part of a home theater system, and/or a stand-alone pure 2-channel audio (music) system. These speakers feature highly sought after real cherry wood veneers, beautiful in person. The Reference Connoisseur line featured mid-range and woofer driver cones constructed of kevlar, one of the first manufacturers to successfully do so. Also one of the first to use real magnets for attaching the front grills, very clean and simplistic concept. The RC-30 is a compact 2.5-way floorstanding design, featuring two 5.5 woofers, and a single 1 aluminum dome tweeter. The RC-30's yield very clean, neutral, sound. And work well with most AV receivers and amplifiers of moderate to high power (50W per/channel to 200W per/channel). To put it simple, these speakers produce wonderful sound for movie soundtracks, as well as music (2-channel and surround).
