They have been tested and are working with no known issues. They are in very good shape but may have some light signs of wear so please see all pictures for details. No accessories included. In my experience they have been far more reliable than USPS when it comes to shipping electronics. I do ship with USPS on occasion but only for smaller items such as speaker parts. If your shipping address is a PO box your order will be canceled unless the designated shipping service was USPS. Used Electronics Disclaimer & Returns First and foremost, you as the buyer are responsible for understanding the functionality, proper usage, and specifications of the item you are purchasing. You are guaranteed to receive the item as described in the listing. I do not do advanced electrical testing of the internals so I cannot guarantee that everything is up to the same specifications as they would be coming out of the factory. There is an understanding that as electronics age parts such as capacitors may fall out of factory specifications. As stated before, you are guaranteed to get the item as described in the listing, but I cannot offer any long-term warranty as much of my inventory is unrestored vintage electronics that are 20-50 years old. Most items have a 30 Day return policy but please read the description and the listing to ensure this. I dont offer returns on items being sold as is or for parts. All as is items are sold without a guarantee and I cant make any assurances on functionality. There may be other issues with as is units that are not listed in the description.
