Very impressive sounding speakers and What HiFi ‘Best Buys/Recommended’ in their day. Worked very well in a NICAM stereo AV setup, due to their weighty, powerful sound and stereo imaging - benefitted action films in particular, but mostly improved any tv watching experience, especially when fed by a quality amplifier, such as an Audiolab. In fantastic overall condition for there age, sadly and rather annoyingly, the rescue cat got her claws on them when I wasn’t aware, before i put them back in storage after photographing them for listing on eBay...! Speaker do not have front covers ( that is my last pair and I have them, but they are torn, let me know if you still want to include them. They are not necessary.)Great looking and sounding. Here we have my black AE100 Mk2 bookshelf speakers, complete with Atacama Nexxus 600 stands. Both speakers and stands are in excellent condition, being less than three months old (purchased from Audio Affair in Birmingham on 12 April). The speakers are finished in a satin black vinyl. They sound great for the money and have had good reviews from the experts. The reason I am selling is due to a house move. Technical details: Power handling up to 120 watts RMS; Impedance 6 Ohms; Sensitivity 87dB. Dimensions: 290mm high x 165mm wide x 250mm deep. Weight: 4.5kg each.
