Emotiva BassX A-300 & PT-100 Pre-Amp/Power Amp/DAC Moving this beast on - selling due to upgrade. This has been running duty with my BR03s for some months and its an excellent combo. I ran my Mojo 2 through it, and with the Triangles, there is an excellent synergy there! The PT-100 is a proper swiss army knife, able to accept USB, coax or optical digital signals. It also accepts a variety of analogue inputs. It has plenty of EQ settings to tune it just right, too. As for the power amp - power is right! This ran my JBL Studio 250s with ease. It a fun, dynamic, large, engaging, tonally rich sound. I even ran some power hungry planar cans off this system to great effect. But alas, when you buy new gear, its hard to justify keeping around the kit it replaces, regardless of how good it is. Will post more pics and details shortly. Condition: Great condition as you can see from the pictures. Theres a couple of small dings on some of the edges - so small I could barely get a picture. There are a few scratches on the top of each unit, but obviously, whether theyre stacked or in a rack, youve got to be looking for them to spot them. High quality American made Emotiva Bas-X PT-100 stereo hi-fi preamplifier with built in FM tuner.Two years old (purchased in July 2021) it has all original packaging, compact remote control and instruction and fig 8 power lead. Requires a roof mounted aerial connection via an F plug connection for using the FM tuner stage. It is very clean and comes from a pet and smoke-free home, cosmetically it is excellent and has had around 1500 hours usage.The remote control could use a new lithium coin cell, I have supplied a spare one.There are no scuffs, scratches or damage whatsoever, it has been sitting on top of the power amplifier. Balance, treble and base are pre-set but can be adjusted via frontal buttons or remote control under the heading trims. There are 2 versions of the model, one has a Bluetooth DAC option via USB-this DOES NOT HAVE THE DAC FITTED.
