Ok this function 100% and everything has been tested but there is an issue which is why it is priced lower. Both the button presses and the playing of VHS tapes is inconsistent. It will play a vhs 9/10 times but sometimes you put one in and it sounds like it’s loading goes to play but turns off unit. You turn unit back on and it ejects tape. Put it right back in and it plays just fine. Here is what’s going on (sorry for compressor in middle!) Also had a corner that is a little flappy which I think is causing the button issues. I did get it to play 17 times in a row with no issue but just can’t sell as working when I have had the issue now more than 1 time. Everything else works as it should tested hdmi it’s working! Get a great deal on this if your willing to fix or deal with the gremlins. It is sold as described functional but with issues shown in video.
