I DID PUT A CARTRIDGE/NEEDLE IN IT AND IT PLAYED BEAUTIFULLY BUT I WILL NOT BE INCLUDING A CARTRIDGE/NEEDLE YOU WILL HAVE TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN, ALSO ALL SPEEDS WORK AS THEY SHOULD AND ARM ACTION.. ALL THE WOOD IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE NO SPLITTING CRACKING CHUNKS OR MISSING ANYTHING AND THE ACRYLIC CASE LOOKS IN GORGEOUS SHAPE WITH JUST A FEW LITTLE SCRATCHES NO CRACKS OR REPAIRS IM SURE IF YOU POLISH THIS OUT IT WOULD BE CRYSTAL CLEAR, YOU DONT SEE A LOT OF ACRYLIC CASES THIS OLD AND SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SHAPE.
