Gebrauchsspuren sind - soweit vorhanden - praktisch nicht sichtbar.Die Excite X14 wurden nachträglich weiss lackiert, nachdem eine der beiden einen Lackschaden hatte durch eine Unachtsamkeit. Das hat auch Spuren an der Kalotte des Hochtöners hinterlassen (siehe Fotos) Hörbar ist das nicht(sagt auch der Dynaudio-Profi). dynaudio excite18 bookshelf speakers. Great sounding high end speakers with a great low bass sound. Had them for a few years now and use them less so decided to pass them on to someone who would appreciate them. A few knicks and scratches from moving, but everything operates as it should.

The Excite X34 is a smallish size floorstanding speakers that would share similar real estate as a 12 tall monitor speaker on 24 speaker stands. It stands about 37 tall, 7 wide and 11 deep. The big difference between this and the monitor speaker is that it is able to accommodate another 6 woofer with its larger cabinetry in this three driver two-way setup. With the additional woofer, it is able to produce more LF energy and allows the bass to dip down to 37 Hz which most 12 tall monitor speakers cant even get close to. Highs extend up to 23 kHz with a nominal impedance of 8 ohm and a sensitivity of 86 dB. In the small to medium size room, these speakers are a joy to listen to. Nice soundstage and depth with holographic imaging when listening to vocals. Vertical presentation may not be as big as larger floorstanders but in our small listening room, it was more than adequate. Mids were warm and rich with a smooth roll off in the highs. Its original $3,400 MSRP (in our opionion) is a bit on the high side but now at under $1,500, its a bargain when you get so much more then the alternative monitor speaker on stands setup. Speakers are in good condition with minor scuff marks and slight dimples on the dust cover of one of the tweeters (no impact on sound and performance). Speakers had one owner from NEW and are shipped in two boxes, so factor X2 for the total shipping cost. Local pickup from the store can be arranged. eBays shipping cost is for ONE speaker/BOX only.
