Some are required to be replaced like the rubber washer sleeve and some are very easy to lose, therefore I call it sanity pack. :) I could have saved my sanity if I had a pack like this at hand when I started learning how to service these turntables. Now you can save by getting this whole pack at a good price. The pack includes: A) e-ring that locks the main control arm. It is under pressure and it can easily fly over to the other corner of your room and disappear when you try to remove it. B) nylon o-ring that keeps the idler wheel in place. C) rubber sleeve washer that keeps the 2 detent balls. This is a critical piece for1219, 1229, and 1229Q. This piece keeps the spring tension for the tonearm mechanism to move between single and multiple record playing mode.Without this piece you can break the mechanism. The rubber sleeve will fail after decades. Included in this repair pack is oil resistant, temperature resistant, quality synthetic rubber ring made to fit perfectly to retain the correct pressure for the multiple play switch to work.
