Reibrad - Idler Wheel - Nachbau für DUAL Plattenspieler Typen1009 / 1009 SK / 1010 S / 1015 / 1016 Verschlissenes oder verhärtetes Reibrad?Rumpelnder Plattenspieler?DAS muss nicht sein! Ich biete: Neuer , leichter und leiser Nachbau eines Dual Reibrades mit 45mm Durchmesser.Die Basis ist ein Kunststoffkörper mit Sinterbronze-Laufbuchse, auf den ein Gummiring mit korrekter Härte gezogen wurde. Diese Typen laufen sehr leise und dauerhaft, ich habe seit Monaten mehrere Räder im Dauereinsatz. Bedingt durch Alterung oder falsche Lagerung sind die originalen DUAL-Reibräder durch Verhärtung, Risse oder Dellen oftmals Ursache für unschöne Antriebsgeräusche. Da gute Originalteile immer seltener zu finden sind (Alterung), habe ich aus Eigennutz privat eine kleine Serie von Reibrädern für die guten alten DUAL-Dreher entwickelt und hergestellt. Die Reibräder werden sehr genau im 3D-Druck erstellt (Resin-Schichtdicken 0,03mm) und nach Aushärtung des Kunststoffs wird eine geölte Sinterbronze-Laufbuchse eingepresst. Dann wird der Rohling auf einer Drehbank nachbearbeitet und getestet. Die Reibräder laufen leise und rund. Versand in Deutschland und EUVersand ins weitere Ausland nur nach Absprache. These wheels run very quietly and permanently, I have had several wheels in continuous use for months. Due to aging or incorrect storage, the original DUAL friction wheels are often the cause of unsightly noises due to hardening, cracks or dents. Since good original parts are becoming increasingly rare (aging), I developed and manufactured a small series of friction wheels for the good old DUAL turntables - for my own usage too. The friction wheels are created very precisely in 3D printing (resin layer thicknesses 0.03mm) and after the plastic has hardened, an oiled sintered bronze bushing is pressed in.
