Er hat Dual HDMI Outs und zustzlich noch einen digitalen Audioausgang. Auerdem spielt er neben den Standard-Formaten auch exotische Discs wie SACD (sogar selbstgebrannte SACD-R) und DVD-AUDIO oder HDCD mit eigenem Decoder ab! Als ob das noch nicht genug wre, kann er dank eines Software-Mods ber eine simple Umstellung im Men die Bluray- oder DVD-Region wechseln! Dadurch kann er weltweite Verffentlichungen abspielen - ein Fest fr alle Uncut- und Importsammler! Die meisten Blurays sind auf die Mrkte USA (Region A), Europa (Region B) oder Asien (Region C) beschrnkt, und die in unseren Gefilden angebotenen Player knnen die Silberlinge aus bersee nicht abspielen - dieser BDP-450 schon! Er ist optisch in gutem Zustand und funktioniert technisch einwandfrei. Die Fernbedienung ist enthalten (nicht abgebildet). Since I have to give up my entire home cinema system, I am now selling its central node: a Pioneer BDP-450. It has Dual HDMI Outputs, but still spoils a digital audio output. On top of that, besides the standard formats, it even allows playback of exotic discs like SACD (even homemade SACD-R) and DVD-AUDIO or HDCD with its own decoder! However, that is still not the most special thing about this player: thanks to a software modification, the Bluray and DVD regions can be switched by a simple setting in its menu! Because of this, you can enjoy worldwide releases - a feast for all collectors of uncut and import originals! Stock Bluray players are limited to either USA (region A), Europe (region B) or Asia (region C). The devices offered in our markets are unable to play the discs from overseas - but this BDP-450 can! It is in good optical shape and works flawlessly. The remote control is included (not pictured). Enjoy!

Pioneer Bdp-450 Blu Ray Player. Excellent blu ray player which also plays dvds, cds and sacds. Works fine but sometimes the drawer doesnt come out and needs a second press of the eject button, this seems like a fairly easy fix with a guide online. Also a couple of times it has skipped a bit while playing a disc but not sure if this is a dirty laser or an issue with the disc. Otherwise in excellent condition complete with remote control, power cable and instruction manual.
