Years ago, I tended to buy studio gear, sometimes forgetting that I had it. I opened up a carton labeled Denon CD-C615 and found what looks like new old stock. It tested nicely, sounds fantastic thru the headphones! There is not a smudge on it. This is well built, rack mount, going back to 2008. It has the original carton and manual as well. If you have been looking for this deck, I am certain that you will be amazed. As I am getting older, it is time to find homes for my “toys”. Groceries, electric bills have to be paid! Denon DN-C615 CD Player. Tested. This unit would not eject the tray so I could play a cd. It was working and all of a sudden it stopped ejecting. Note: Upon buyer request, when sold, I will package up the unit, pay for postage, and snip a copy of the invoice. When turned on, it says “tray error.” The tray can open and close but it doesn’t do it fully and gets stuck most of the time. Regardless the tray error sign keeps coming up, even when it’s pushed all the way in, so this is being sold as is for parts or repair, no returns. I’m not sure if there’s anything else wrong with this since this has only been turned on. There could be other issues but I not knowledgeable enough on it to know.
