Alle Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu beschreiben, sprengt hier bei weitem den Rahmen. Bei mir wurde das Gerät primär als D/A-Wandler eingesetzt. Das entscheidende Merkmal ist für mich die Dirac Raumkorrektur. Ich denke nicht, dass es einen Raum gibt, der ohne Dirac besser klingt, als mit einem gut eingemessenen Dirac-System. Warum ich den miniDSP dann hergebe? Ich bin umgestiegen auf Dirac Live Bass Control... Der SHD verfügt über diverse digitale und analoge Eingänge, ist daher auch als sehr guter D/A-Wandler einzusetzen, funktioniert aber auch super als Vorverstärker. Andere wiederum benutzen den SHD als aktive Frequenzweiche oder als Streamer mittels der integrierten Volumio-Streaming Software. Das Gerät ist in einem sehr guten Gebrauchtzustand, es gibt weder optische noch funktionale Mängel. Allerdings habe ich den leuchtenden Powerschalter und die LEDs der LAN-Buchse geschwärzt, weil das Streulicht im dunklen Raum nervt. Zum Lieferumfang gehört - das Gerät- die Fernbedienung- der Originalkarton Ein Messmikro ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
