Remote came with our Denon 2312CI AV receiver. After two years in storage, the receiver died after a weeks use when we installed a new subwoofer. I have no idea why the receiver smoked...all speakers, including the new subwoofer, worked perfectly when swapped to our Marantz AV7701 and Parasound HCA-1205A amplifier. In any event, the remote worked perfectly for the week before the subwoofer was connected. All keys function properly. No wear on keys. Battery terminals clean, and no corrosion.
