Your goods will arrive within 2-3 working days or 1 working day if you chose Next Day at checkout. Larger TVs (60 and above or over 30KG) can take up to 7 working days depending on your location in the UK, our specialised 2-Man Delivery team will contact you to schedule your delivery. When it arrives it will be brought into the downstairs room of your choice. Please note that orders received after our cutoff Monday to Friday may not be processed until the following working day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Well keep you updated throughout your order progress so youll know exactly when your goods will arrive. Returns If you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as you notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt. You have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. The goods must be in ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. Should a fault occur within 30 days of delivery we will cover the cost of collecting and replacing/refunding the faulty product. For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise as new condition, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered and where applicable, with the original box and packaging. If the fault occurs after 30 days of delivery, but within the guarantee period, we will offer you a prompt repair service*. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the product to us. To take advantage of our low carrier rates, we are happy to arrange a collection for you at your cost. Once the repair has been completed, we will cover the cost of returning it to you. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the fault.
