I hooked this to a set of speakers. It powers up. I could not get anything using the tuner. I hooked a cd deck to it. Both channels work but the output is lower than expected and occasionally there would be loud bursts coming through the speakers, somewhat like static. I am calling this unit “not functioning” and is being offered here AS IS, for parts or repair, with absolutely no returns. By bidding, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms.
