Er wurde aus praktischen Gründen schon ab Mitte der 90er Jahre von CDs abgelöst. Er stand aber natürlich immer bei der HiFi Anlage. Ich denke, daß aus der damaligen Raucherzeit vielleicht etwas zurückgeblieben ist. Wenn er geöffnet wird, sollte er einfach mal gereinigt werden. Auch äußerlich. Er hat äußerlich keine Beschädigungen, ist also eigentlich in gutem Zustand. Ich bin/war auch immer äußerst penibel im Umgang mit meinen Schallplatten. Der Plattenspieler wurde also die letzten Jahre sehr wenig benutzt, funktionierte aber immer einwandfrei.Bis ich ihn vor ca. 2 Wochen mal wieder laufen lassen wollte. Ich drückte, wie üblich, den Power Knopf, die Lichter gingen kurz an, der Tonarm zuckte, und dann war alles aus. Seither passiert also nichts mehr, wenn man Power drückt.Der/die Fachmann/Frau wird bestimmt sofort wissen, und auch messen können, was das ist. Eine Sicherung vielleicht ? I hate to say like new, but check the pictures in the listing. I probably used this cartridge for 10 to 20 hours at most. All original packaging and contents included. The box, case, brush, extra counterweight, instructions, and cartridge holder/tool is included. I bought this new from Japan several years back. I have taken the plunge into an MC cartridge with additional preamp etc....so I dont have a need for this one. This is a smooth operating cartridge with high output MC so no special transformer is needed. I will say its a touch quieter than say an Ortofon 2m but is it forgiving and very detailed.

Hello, The cartridge is in good condition, it will come with everything I received when I bought it new 4 years ago. Used for no more than 20 hours. It works with MM phono preamplifier so its compromise to listening high quality MC cartridge without expensive MC phono preamp. Reason for sale: I sold my turntable, and I dont think Ill buy a new one.

This cartridge appears to be in great shape, however the cantilever has a slight bend (see photos). Therefore it is being sold as-is for parts.
