The remote still functions correctly however the screen is not as bright as it was new. Only issue with this unit is the fm stations need to be manually set in memory as the automatic function is not working correctly. Not a big deal for most folks as it’s not difficult to manually do and you may even prefer to choose just stations you like as I do.. Can be used as a high quality stereo system or surround system using the fiber optic digital input and then running any hdmi connections directly to your monitor as this unit is pre hdmi technology.
