This reduces the leakage inductance and distribution capacitance and improves the high-frequency characteristics. In addition, a large inductance is used to improve the low-frequency characteristics and distortion rate, and the system is designed to have flat characteristics within the bandwidth. The system is equipped with a three-stage switching function for 3 ?, 40 ? and PASS.Generally, frequency response deteriorates when multiple taps are produced from the same winding, but in the AU-340, two types of coil are effectively wired together on the primary side to ensure good characteristics at each tap. For the core material, a 0.2 mm thin sheet of carefully selected Super Permalloy, specially heat-treated and laminated in layers, is used in consideration of low-level use.As this Super Permalloy is extremely delicate, a double layer of cushioning material is placed between the transformer and the shield case to prevent damage to the magnetic properties due to external mechanical shocks, etc., and the transformer is kept floating. To block external noise, multiple shields made of Permalloy are used for each of the left and right transformers. Major components such as circuit boards and switches are also shielded with silicon steel plates to reduce noise. Two input switching functions are provided. Light-acting push-switches are used, with sufficient consideration given to contact resistance.
