SOLD AS IS - FOR PARTS/REPAIR. Powers on and all the signal lights come on. However, when pushing any of the buttons, none of the settings seem to change. The signal lights all stay the same when trying to push any of the different settings. And theres nothing on the center screen except for the 18E in photo #5/6. Nothing changes on the center screen when pushing on the levers. Just the most basic power testing done - didnt hook up to anything. Im not familiar with these equalizers.
