Tested typical functions and appears to work well. Included video attempts to demonstrate how the dbx encoding/decoding adds clarity to music reproduction. What I failed to show is that it also virtually eliminates tape hiss. I discovered that after I made the video when I went back to listen to both recordings. The very beginning of the unaffected recording was jarring. So jarring that I went back to listen to the beginning of the affected track where that hiss was nearly absent.
