DBX equipment is amazing. It has scuffs and scratches from years of use but still quite nice. Please see pictures because they are part of the description. The biggest difference between the Cx-3 and the Cx-3mkii is the mkii is remote capable. It’s comes with a Sony universal/programmable remote. You will have to search the web and find the frequency and set up instructions. This remote is top shelf and will preform very well with this control amp. There are no negatives to say.
