They feature the highly-praised DALI hybrid tweeter consisting of a soft dome tweeter working in combination with their ribbon tweeter to reveal more high end detail.6.5 inch paper/wood fibre coned woofersWell-braced cabinets 5 Star rating by What HiFi and cost ~ £1000 new The speakers were built around 2007 and because the electrolytic capacitors in speaker cross-overs can degrade over time, they have been replaced, keeping strictly to the manufacturers original design values except that higher quality audio capacitors with tighter tolerances have been used. See photos. Most capacitors are now of the superior polypropylene type which are expected to give many years of service. The other crossover components tested OK, will last for many more years, so were left in place. The speakers have great clarity & punchy bass. Collection from Luton is preferred due to their size and weight, but I do have suitable boxes and they could be collected by a courier if the buyer wants to arrange it at their own risk.
