This eBay item is a Crown DC-300A solid state stereo amplifier. It shows signs of use, not excessive. The rackmount bolt holes show use and wear. There are minor scratches on the knobs and panels, again not excessive. I tested it and both channels worked. There are LEDs on the front panel which may be overload indicators. I could not find a manual that explains them.Most of the DC-300A amps that Ive seen do not have these LEDs. One of the two LEDs blinks on at medium volume but I couldnt find any other indication of any overload. The audio was perfect on both channels. I think the problem is in the indicator, not in the amplifier. If I could find a schematic that included these LEDs I might be able able to find and fix the problem. I could not find a schematic that included these LEDs. If you want more info or more pictures please message me.

Hibino was so impressed by this model, which was brought in from overseas for the Tom Jones Nippon Budokan concert in February 1973 that it produced a good sound, and began handling it. Nowadays it has a rough American sound, but CROWN was able to produce this quality output in the early 70s. The driving force that makes 38CM etc. sound sufficiently is attractive. His 300A, which was reborn as a pure audio amplifier in the mid-1970s from the DC300, remained unchanged and continued to reign as the most traditional and proud high-power amplifier ever since. Our store has been serviced in 2023. Defective/deteriorated capacitor has been replaced. All other parts have been inspected and repaired. *There are scratches and stains.
