Craig Model 212 Reel To Reel Tape Recorder Player w/ Original Manual Untested. This listing is for the tape recorder and manual only. I do not have a microphone or power supply. I would expect it needs a belt as they all do at this age, probably the leaf switches could use a cleaning as well. There is a tape in it, no idea what, if anything, is recorded on it. This would make a nice little restoration project. I believe it requires a 9V 100mA power supply (center pin negative) but you should verify that. Sold as is.

Craig Model 212 Portable Reel To Reel Tape Recorder Vintage Works Complete. Its in beautiful condition. It has a couple very light scratches just below where you plug in the microphone. They are very light and hard to see. It has been sitting around for many years and when I first turned it on the volume made a scratchy sound. I rotated the volume control several times and almost all of it has gone away. It just made that sound in a couple spots. I think it would all go away if you turned the knob back and forth several times. The battery compartment is clean and I put batteries in it and it worked. The batteries are not included. The microphone is in excellent condition. It comes with two belts that I assume are for this player. The adapter works great but has melted marks on the outside of it. I have no idea what happened. It looks like someone touched it with a hot knife or something. It comes in the original box. It does have some damage but it is solid. The tapes have recordings on them of someone talking. If you have any questions or want more pictures please ask before bidding. I am Starting with a low price and no reserve. No buy it now option. I will not stop the auction so if you bid on it you will have a chance to own it.
