Up for auction is this lot of internals from a pair of Kef Coda 3 speakers from the late 1980s. Cabinets were poor.The speakers were an original pair with sequential numbers, only 1 label kept . We have pair of main /low frequency cones /drivers. one missing the little cap to front centre, no other apparent damage. Both read about 5ohms on my meter, rated at 6 ohms, but I assume their impedence (to ac is more than plain dc resistance) .Pair of tweeters. This modest little bookshelf speaker is one of What HiFis 12 best KEF products of all time! These are old enough to be considered vintage now, but still look and sound excellent. Otherwise light surface markings as to be expected. Brilliant, clean, clear sounding speakers with good range. Rated as 6ohms 10-70 watts on the back.
