I mostly used it while it was plugged into power, so also couldnt say what overall condition the internal batteries are in. I just successfully powered it on without it being plugged in though. It includes the Hugo 2 box, accessories including remote, cables, charger as shown in the pictures (under the card insert at the bottom of the box), and 2 bonus cases. The Miter case I never used. I dont recall what I paid for it, but I believe it has sold for between $60 and $90. The Van Nuys Leather case is the case Ive used to protect the Hugo 2. Its the nicer looking case of the two and a really snug fit. I believe Ive seen it on sites for $189 without tax. NOTE: While this device only accepts the older Micro USB input (not counting the bluetooth you can enable by using the remote to put it in bluetooth mode), you can use it with older lightning iPhones or newer USB-C iphones by buying a separate Lightning or USB-C to micro USB OTG cable.
