This Philips CDR 765 was used in a climate-controlled, museum environment. It was pulled from a working system where it hadn’t been used for a while. I still tested most of its functions and found everything to be working properly. The disc trays open and close very smoothly. I did not test the inputs or outputs. Aside from some scratches on the top, possibly from sitting in a rack, it’s in excellent condition. The original remote control, instruction manual, and power cable are included. All of my items listed are clean and come from a non-smoking home. Das linke Laufwerk funktioniert. CD wir eingezogen, gelesen und kann dann abgespielt werden. Auch gebrannte CD werden abgespielt. Philips CDR 765 Audio Compact Disc Recorder No Remote, Tested / Half-Working Both sides play CDs beautifully. Some buttons are less than perfectly responsive, but all the ones to do with playing CDs are pretty responsive. However, the Recording button will not work for me, so until that button works, it wont record CDs. Other buttons seemed to get better the more they were pressed, but the Record button hasnt come around yet. Neither has the Auto / Manual button (which has to do with track numbering). The button issue is described here: https://www.markgrob.nl/2017/08/philips-cd880-buttons-unresponsive/ Some kind of contact cleaning might work, but he^ recommends replacing the switch. When you put a Music CDR in, the write laser successfully completes OPC calibration, so it seems like the writing machinery is just fine. I pack carefully and ship promptly.Any questions?
