The RU6 is made for discerning listeners who seek sound quality and convenience in the same portable (aka “dongle”) USB DAC and headphone amp. It fits easily into a pocket or small commuter case/bag/purse and its small form factor and ease of use are perfect for on-the-go listening connected to a smart phone. However, it also has the power and versatility to work in most desktop set-ups. This auction is for my used RU-6. I’m the only owner and it still looks and works great, as I have kept it in a protective blue leather case made specifically for the RU-6 by Cayin, which is normally sold separately and allows for full use of the RU6 while in the case. I will include this case as part of the sale, along with the original box and the Cayin-branded USB-C cable and USB-A adapter that originally came with the RU-6. This cable is designed so it can attach to a key chain as a convenient way to make sure you don’t forget it when traveling or commuting.
