Cambridge SoundWorks Radio CD740 AM/FM CD Player w/Remote and AM Antenna Tested Also included is a remote control as well as a custom AM antenna constructed from an unused AM loop antenna soldered to a 3.5 mm jack, which fits into the AM jack input at the back of the unit. The internal FM antenna receives most stations easily in my area, although there is an input for an external FM antenna (external antenna not included). This has such outstanding sound quality for its footprint that I hate to have it leave my collection, but I hope that someone who loves it as much (or more) than I do will want to purchase it for their collection. Please review video for demonstration of functionality and operation. Control of CD tracks and volume operated through use of included remote control (camera was held in right hand, remote in the left hand). Everything works on it....the only issue to mention is the volume sometimes doesnt go up right away when the knob is turned up, but if the knob is turned more, it will eventually go up (although a remote could just be used with it and this wouldnt be an issue).

CAMBRIDGE SOUNDWORKS Radio CD740 CD Player Sounds excellent. Remote included. I’m selling as is because I bought this off someone on eBay as working but in my experience about 10-20% of the time it won’t read a disc and will spit it out. If you put the disc back in it will usually work. I still hooked it up to my iPhone (with a cable) through the aux port and that works and sounds great.

This has been tested it sounds great plays cds and remote works great There is no antenna included if you want to use it for radio please realize you will need to connect a simple stereo antenna for clearer sounds Volume knob is worn, if you turn it too fast it doesnt count the volume and in some cases turns the volume down. Remote works great for this issue Ive always used the remote for it anyways just wanted to not that the volume knob isnt working great on actual unit and price will be reflected of this.
