We do our utmost to provide good photos and describe the item accurately, including any faults. We shall be happy to answer any questions, but please leave enough time before the auction ends to allow us to answer these. Any FAULTY items listed: these items do not describe in any great detail missing component, panels, screws etc. They are listed as faulty, for repairs or spares only with no refunds accepted. DIMENSIONS CONDITION Expected wear and tear for a used item WINNING THE ITEM Payment must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. If no payment has been received action will be taken to recover these monies and negative feedback shall be left against the winning bidder. Payment should be made in UK £ sterling only. No foreign currencies are accepted. I shall leave the relevant feedback once the winning bidder has left their relevant feedback. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS (parcels only) No international bidding accepted, unless the Global Shipping Programme (GSP) has been activated on the listing. The cost of the shipping from the Ebay UK hub to the winning bidder shall be paid by the winning bidder. The seller has no control over this cost. POSTAGE AND PACKING (parcels only) All items shall be packaged with relevant bubble, padding and boxed to ensure a safer arrival. We cannot be held responsible for mistreated parcels once these have been collected by the courier. Items shall only be despatched upon payment clearance. Tracking is available with all online couriers (Hermes, Collect+ etc). Collection in person is acceptable but by prior agreement only. REFUNDS (parcels only) If the winning bidder provides evidence that the item has not been described accurately, then we shall send a refund providing the item has been returned to us within 7 days in the same condition. It shall be the winning bidders responsibility to pay for the return postage. Upon receipt of the item this shall be inspected and upon its acceptance a refund shall be issued, but this will exclude any postal charges incurred by the winning bidder. Proof of postage must be obtained for all returns, due to fraudulent claims by some winning bidders. Damaged items are never sent and all descriptions should include any faults. We cannot be held responsible for mistreated parcels once these have been collected by the courier. Bought new. Very little used. Mostly stored in a cupboard. Tested and working. Selling because I dont use it. Full retail package including remote, aerial, manual, etc Please note, I will quote to send this the cheapest way possible. If you require some insurance at extra cost, please ask me BEFORE you bid. I will need to add this to the invoice before you pay. I will pack this as well as possible but I cant take responsibility for how the package is handled by the courier.
