This is one of the best home theater amps Ive ever used. However, it has no speaker protection circuit. I accidentally powered the unit on while two cables were unplugged and touching, and those two channels blew out. This unit DOES function properly as a three channel, so hey, if you just need a great front LCR, this is it. New modules are $200 each from Bryston, and would fix the issue. The box is their original shipping box - a must-have for this unit. These things are rare, and awesome. Get it while you can.

Bryston 2B Stereo Power Amplifier *Broken Toggle Switch* Working - AS-IS - NO RETURNS - During the testing of this amplifier it powered on without issue, and the illumination all came on. Both speaker channels work without issue, and both the RCA connections function as they are supposed to. As we were testing this amplifier we found that the Stereo/MONO toggle switch is broken. However, even with this switch broken the amplifier still functions. We were unable to find any other issues with this unit. Because of the broken switch we are selling this unit in the AS-IS/Parts Repair condition. Since this item is being sold AS-IS, this item should be considered to have defects, and we have done our best to disclose them. In the case of an item that doesnt function as intended, there is a chance that other flaws, that we are not aware of, may be present. Please take that into consideration when purchasing. The Lexicon NT 312 Power Amplifier is made by Bryston in Canada and is the same as their 5B ST. There are three channels each rated at 120 watts @ 8 Ohms and 200 watts @ 4 Ohms. Each channel has both RCA and balanced connections with a switch to determine which input you wish to use. The amplifier is THX certified. All channels tested & sounding great. Some scratches on top panel, but all other surfaces are in excellent condition. Please note that this amp will cough for a while (up to 90 seconds) through the speakers after it is turned off. I have spoken to Bryston about this, and was assured that this was common in this series of Bryston amps, that I was just hearing the caps discharge, and there was no electronic problem or threat to speakers. This is the exact same amp as a Bryston 5B ST, just rebranded by Lexicon. It is truly an incredible sounding amp. If youre looking for a Bryston on the cheap, look no further. Includes power cord.
