It still stays on though! The covers themselves have a few imperfections. 1 bookshelf needs a tweeter replaced as it was damaged by a mover pushing it in and it needs a gold-plated terminal bridge if you don’t want to use jumper wires. There are minor scratches and scuffs. Speakers will be packaged up to the best of my ability to avoid any damages. They will arrive in multiple packages to increase the likelihood of no damages. This is a pair of used Made in England Bowers & Wilkins’ (B&W) CM-2 speakers in cherry finish in very good condition with one mark on the left side of one speaker & some minor cosmetic marks on both cabinets; please see pictures for details. Sonically excellent with all original components. Original grills included; grill insert holes are imperfect but they hold onto the cabinet tabs correctly.
