Everything works great. Includes subwoofer, av35 Receiver, 5 speakers (1 center, 2 front, 2 rear), ipod dock, remote and all cables. Subwoofer cable was spliced to connect straight to electrical outlet. Missing AM FM antenna and hdmi cable. Everything is in good shape with some scuffs here and there.
