Equalizer looks very good on outside, as well as inside. Ive had cover off, and I couldnt find anything that had come disconnected, and nothing looks burned up. Had it hooked up to series II speakers - it may change bass tone a little, but Im honestly not sure. Red light does not come on when plugged in. Missing treble knob. Excellent candidate for rebuild.

All mounting screws and 7 gaskets are included! All test within spec for the ohm readings ( 1ohm). One woofer has a dent in the dust cap, it still works as it should!
