This unit is working, all switches etc... both channels nice and clean, perfect for series I or II, I just listened to an hour of Frank Sinatra at The Sands and it sounded just great. I am a 901 owner myself (Series I and Series VI ver 2) and ran it on my own system. I got it as a back up and if I were to keep it I would have the caps redone just because of the age, but it is working right now. I opened it up and photographed the inside for anyone who would wish to be able to see that. This is listed as parts / not working because I cannot guarantee it and it is sold as is. These are not so often seen. I can tell you those Deer Creek replacements simply don't cut it so if you have 901's this is what you need to make them sing. DHS speaker on ebay services these and for a small amount they end up as good as new if not better. Cabinet w/ some dings discolorations and a little veneer peeled off in a few spots - not too much but just so you know

This is perhaps for that more particular individual, it's about as nice as you'll find, and it has been serviced by DHS speaker - basically a series II on steroids, please see the pics as they tell the story, so many upgraded capacitors… this has been in use in my home for the past couple of years. I'm downsizing so I can't keep it all. I would estimate this has about a hundred hours on it since it was serviced (new / better capacitors, some additional parts in the amp section to enhance the curve to where it belongs, shielding etc ... this is better than when it was new in terms of performance because they used better parts at DHS and it sounds absolutely fantastic. Cabinet is nice w/ minimal handling evidence - it is more of a traditional walnut color - the pics w/ flash color it some. This is a nice one.

Bose 901 Serie II Direct Reflecting Lautsprecher. Das Gehäuse sieht demnach noch sehr gut aus nur leider eine Ecke hat ein Bruch. Den genauen optischen Zustand der Lautsprecher können Sie den beigefügten Bildern, die Bestandteil der Artikelbeschreibung sind, entnehmen. Die Boxen klingen gut, ob die Sicken noch in Ordnung sind, kann ich leider nicht sagen. Beide Lautsprecher verkaufe als Defekt. Lieferumfang: wie auf dem Bilde zu sehen. Die Lautsprecher sind leider sehr schwer, weswegen werden mit zwei Pakete verschicken. Hiermit schließe ich als Privat - Verkäufer jegliche Garantie, Rücknahme und Sachmängelhaftung aus!

Available is this vintage Bose equalizer. This is the model 901 active equalizer for use with Bose 901 series 1 or series 2 speakers. UNTESTED. Powers on, all dials and switches move. Cosmetics are pretty good, as seen in the pictures. May work perfectly, or may need some repair. I do not have a set of 901s to test. As-Is… no returns please.
